The Owner & Founder — Jamie K. Price
Jamie K. Price is the Owner and Founder of POP'S Leadership Consulting, a disabled veteran-owned business built to help organizations improve workforce performance, strengthen leadership capability, and align people, processes, and tools to execution.
Jamie brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across the U.S. Army, corporate operations, state government, municipal leadership, and community service.
"Strong organizations are built when people are developed, processes are clear, and tools support execution."

Public Leadership & Community Impact
Jamie served on the Chester, South Carolina City Council, where he was a member of the Economic Development Committee and chaired both the Finance and Public Safety Committees.
He supported pay and benefits restructuring for police officers and city employees, identified and secured public safety grants, and helped approve ShotSpotter and city camera systems to strengthen crime-reduction efforts.

Corporate & Government Leadership
At Bank of America, Jamie served as an Assistant Vice President, leading initiatives that improved compliance from 56% to 96% while strengthening workforce readiness across multiple sites.
At the South Carolina DMV as Chief of Motor Carrier Services, he led statewide operations — reducing processing from 7 days to 2 days, customer wait times from 30 minutes to under 2, and contributing to $2.25M+ above projections.
